Deana is an angel healer. I've been going to clarksville to seek her Network Spinal Entrainment for over 3 years now. Today I had my Free Massage with Tasha that I won via your Facebook Giveaway. It.was.AMAZING. I’m pretty sure she worked out knots in my body from head to toe! Thank you SO much~ I could literally feel the stress and tension leaving my body. I will definitely be making this a gift to myself for my body, mind and spirit. I’m relatively new to yoga. To say that I’m inexperienced (i.e., out of shape and inflexible), is an understatement. However, with the handful of yoga classes that I’ve taken over the past few months have been wonderfully accepting, helpful, and inspiring. I always feel that I’m growing in strength—mentally and physically. Learning to balance ease and effort is a challenge, and it’s a welcome challenge in class and in life. I am grateful for everyone here and for all that they do. I’ll be back!
Awesome! The Yoga classes are awesome! The Zumba classes with Valerie, are very laid back. So much laughter and fun in Zumba!
Cooper is beyond amazing, and the clarity she gave me in just one session was priceless. I can't wait to go again!!!
