I love Valley Foods! I especially love that there are so many options for people with food allergies/ intolerances. Gluten, dairy, soy, egg free products - this is the best grocery store to get those items in the Invermere region. Everything is fresh and there is a wide assortment of goods, you'll find everything you need. Thank you for stocking allergy friendly products!

Valley Foods has great, high quality food in a small grocery store. Local food is freatured when available and Creston produce is common then. It's one of the better small local grocers I have seen.
