Staff is a nightmare!!! Company comprised of Karens, extremely rude women. Had an incident where I parked in the wrong spot and needed to be directed by a neighboring building. Lady is coming to bang on my window and bringing her coworkers out to threaten to call the law on me after I stated I would leave immediately when directed to a safe space I would not be towed or fined in, I mean hey I get it id rather harass people than work at 8am but definitely a bad look for this company. In this sweet Southern town of New Bern, N.C. where everyone is polite and kind, the folks at Salem Smith Register and Knott are the best of the best. Professional with up to date knowledge they also make you feel as though you are part of the family. They take care of you. I feel safe and secure with Tony Salem and his great office.
