They were fine, just disappointed by the selection of wood. I asked for oak, walnut, any hardwood at all? They told me to check House of hardwood.
I had some custom made shelves done for my home, but they didn’t fit unfortunately. We were unable to reach the people who made them for us, so I went to A&G to see if they could get them shortened on the sides. They did it very quickly and were very kind! So grateful.
This is the worst building supply company for Customer service, I was about to buy a 1x8x16 Douglas Fir clear and I was expecting to have a nice finish grain The OLD HISPANIC YARD MAN TOLL ME THAT THEY CAN NOT CHOOSE THE ONES THAT I LIKE , I went the the counter and requested to speak to the manager But he was already gone, Tony told me that in 40 years of the store, no one chose the lumber and if I wanted it, I should take it or I should leave and look for another lumber yard. I bought over $5000 worth of Kayu Borneo wood from the manager Tony. He gave me some really bad selections of the wood. Returning them was very difficult and he had a lot of attitude towards me for returning damaged wood. I will never come back in the shop again. I’m going to tell all my friends the same thing including every contractor I know in LA about the rude and disrespectful customer service from Tony. He was also rude to my girlfriend.
