My daughter & I visited A Formal Affair in search of her formal dress. It was initially overwhelming with the vast variety of dresses on show to try on. However, once a few styles had been selected & tried on, the very friendly & knowledgeable staff were able to narrow down the look & bring more stlyes from racks based on what my daughter was liking on the dresses she was trying on. It made the whole process a joy. We walked away with a beautiful, quality dress that my daughter loves and a special experience together.
Great experience, the ladies went above and beyond for my daughter. Fabulous customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend for all formal attire.
My mum bought a dress here months ago that was to arrive on time for a wedding. The OWNER literally placed the order - she ordered the WRONG dress and WRONG size, still charged my mum for her mistake and then didn’t even apologise or come up with a solution.
