TBH, I can't remember who referred me to Ms. Heather 7 years ago... but I owe them, BIG!!! I used to have a "Tax Lady" 10yrs ago, or so I thought. That is, until I went to her after my divorce and wouldn't you know... was in major debt to the IRS that year! I dealt with Heather ****. I drove an hour and a half away to speak with the tax preparer since resolving taxes over the phone was not an option during this Covid-19 pandemic. Once i arrived, she was very rude, discourteous, and annoyed because apparently it was close to the lunch break. I explained I came to file taxes and she asked for documentation. Business response:
This person is lying she has not been to our office today April 1, 2020. She is not a client however we attempted to help her with her three year tax issues. We gave her the information to use the mobile app she was unsuccessful in navigating the mobile app and became verbally abusive to our staff.
Excellent tax preparer. She is very trustworthy. I have been going to her for over 10 years and would recommend her to anyone.
This is my 19+ year with this Tax Service and I still believe it is awesome!
