Fast courteous service and wonderful staff.
I can’t express how grateful I am for my visit yesterday. The manager, Amanda went above and beyond my expectations, which truly got me on the right track financially speaking for the first time since 2022!
I experienced bank fraud and an attempted scam of all my funds. These people were able to get into my account enough to move funds around. Luckily I had wonderful help from Alex in the fraud department and then went to the San Marcos location where Brandon, Amanda and Lauren helped me. They did everything needed... spent hours helping me... even reaching out the next day to see if I needed anymore help. These people are not only professionals... they made me feel like family. You have great people working for you!
