Clean environment but had mice problems for awhile. On site management was very helpful when assisting me making payments either on the phone or online. Also very helpful when making courtesy calls of payment due.

I had leased multiple units over with A Family Storage over the years at several locations. The Oracle & Grant location has had the best customer service and available large units availability over any storage company. Kudos to the storage manager Cary Laviada for a job well done!
