My experience with a Family Connection has been nothing short of fantastic! Shari is great with communication and has made the process of connecting me and my children easy and very comfortable. The supervisors are tremendous and kind and my kids love them! Marla has been our main supervisor and she is so thoughtful and helpful during the visits and gives me excellent feedback on what I’m doing well. A Family Connection has given me a sense of security knowing that my kids are in good hands while on their visits. Shari & her supervisors have been very professional. They’re easy to work with; very responsive & caring. The notes have been very detailed: I get a great insight as to what is happening when I’m not there. I highly recommend this service.

Despite a very hard time, our family has gone through. We’ve had an amazing time working with this company. In fact, we don’t view it as a company they’re family now. Everyone that we have talked to and had has been so kind, loving, caring, non-judgmental and very thorough. My experience with A Family Connection was positive. Everyone acted professional during the supervisory visits. Marla and Clara were so nice to my daughter and myself. Shari was flexible with scheduling visits tailored to our specific needs. I would definitely recommend their services.

Hello , first I want to say the wheels of the system turn slow, it’s possible in todays world to use that system that the wheels turn slow on to disrupt a father’s relationship with his son. I want to tell you that if you ever find yourself in my position, A Family Connection is the organization you want overseeing you . Shari is incredible, she even answers on Sunday.
