I had the 2 hour Mindfulness Body Treat with Abbey. The whole experience was wonderful from the moment I opened their front door. Abbey was fantastic. I left feeling extremely relaxed and all my build up work tension had melted away. Do yourself a favour and make that appointment.
Such a beautiful experience. The girls have incredible attention to detail and the whole environment is so calming and soothing for both the mind and body — exactly what I needed. I felt completely relaxed and well cared for, and my treatment was amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

AE Body Bar is hands down my favourite place to unwind and relax. From the moment you walk in, the space feels warm, welcoming and instantly calming.
