Whoever y'all got delivering to A.I. hospital needs to learn some common courtesy he's been blocking the dock for 45 minutes just sitting in his truck. C'mon do better
Customer service representative was understanding of my having an appointment at the time of delivery and excepted an email response inplace of a wet signature...The driver, James, went above and beyond not only with courtesy communications but, also placing my pallet where I wanted it instead of easily dropping at the foot of my driveway and moving on.
