Delivery delays after delays, they never bother to reach out if they are not going to make it, then instead of delivering the following day they reschedule your delivery days out. Then they are very dismissive of your complaints or concerns. As the product was delivered the truck driver refused to wait for us to check for shipping damages, even though we were instructed to look for damages before their diparture. He just turned around and walked away while we tried to reason with him.
Devens and Westminster are two of the best warehouses to deliver to in New England. They take me and my drivers early as possible and we are never in a door longer the 15 minutes once they hit the red light. I’ve delivered all lower 48 satiates and have never been treated with as much respect from a receiver as these guys do. 5 star service all the way. Thank you Devens and Westminster you guys make our days so much easier.
