The drivers I see are AWESOME! Everything else leaves a lot to be desired. The tracking is rarely accurate (if the website is even working to get you that misinformation), but I used to be able to call the local terminal for clarification. I can only talk to their AI assistant now. They seem to be purposely disassembling their customer service.
Been using A. Duie Pyle for freight for years. Steve is our normal driver and he is awesome. We love everyone over at the Saco office and just for years have been very happy with the service we get from Duie Pyle. You all are great! Thank you!
