I originally had made an appointment with a different attorney, but when I read the reviews about Ms. Penton, I decided to meet with her first. At our first meeting she used the word "ethical" and told me that even though initially, my divorce was to be amicable, I was ultimately her client and ethically there would be things she could not disclose to my then spouse.
