Martin’s had just what I needed. Desirae was super friendly and helpful to me. While I was waiting, Desirae called another Martin location for the gentleman ahead of me, and even advised him regarding another store’s capability to fulfill his needs. Right out of Miracle on 34th Street. What service could be better than that?!?
Everyone at this store is extremely helpful. We were in a bad situation with a broken window on an RV. They helped us come up with a fix that worked until we could get a new window. Several weeks after our purchase, we needed a receipt for insurance. They were happy to send it to us and even followed up with a phone call to make sure we received. They go above and beyond! Thank you for being there for us.
