So rude, went in today to ask for a bike service and at first was completely ignored even though no customers were in the shop. Finally got a rude ‘yes?’ And I asked if they could do it and what the lead time would be only to be told it could be a week or October!? After I questioned the 6 week lead time he angrily told me because he was away! I then asked if he saw the bike would he then be able to tell me if it was more likely the week lead time or six week lead time!? but this obviously annoyed him and he rudely just said... read more
Brilliant service! Bought my new ebike in a box and was expertly put together within the morning, that despite them clearly being very busy. Can't recommend enough.
Great service, quick, reasonably priced. I went in with a derailleur issue and it was sorted out there and then. Meanwhile h*lfords had said I need a whole new part and had left me waiting a month. So glad I went to AD in the end!!
Fantastic service once again from a super knowledgeable shop. Owner and staff really really friendly and helpful. I could not believe how cheap the price was and quality of work. Independent businesses like this thrive because they are so good and knowledgeable, and provide that level of customer service you just don’t get from retail or online providers. Thoroughly recommended to anyone.
He only change the chain and the gear cable, which cost 15 pounds and he put 45 pounds labour 45 f. pounds and I waited 2 weeks for this fix. I told him when I gave him the bike, call me before you fix it, I wanted to know which parts will be replaced. I am NOT happy with their service. How long will it take to change the chain ?? (a few mins ? ) Only gear might take some time. definitely not gonna give him my bike again. My advise for people take your bike to crawley to fix or do it yourself.
