I have been with Delaney for about 10 months now and there is not one thing I could complain about. I live in Ohio and she has worked with me and if I ever call and can’t catch her, she always returns my calls. I do not think their service is over priced at all. After turning my life around this last year, I had high hopes for getting my assessment with this company, considering my DV charges were dismissed by the state because they never happend. Now my assessor stated that I "appear to" deny violence & blame victim. Now they got this from me saying it never happened. They never contacted the other party, that got on the stand under oath and said it never happened. To me personally theirs unethical practices going on here.

At connecting point they are very unprofessional! I was lied to and manipulated from day one not only by the social worker but the owner of the business himself. Also I paid in advance and since I kept catching them in so many lies they would not refund my money.
