the worst clinic ever. I waited 2 hours. They never ran any test, just prescribed me 3 prescriptions 2 were not available. Myself, pharmacy and the the insurance company tried for months to reach them. Nothing. But they sent me a reminder for my follow up exam. The worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A really good place to go the dermatologist was very good at consultation with me fast and officiant
I have been taking my son here for the 4 years he's been alive. Since birth he had extreme exema and this dermatologist office is always polite, quick to get you in and the doctor knew exactly what to do. My son was suffering and the doctor threw a comprehensive threw troy location saved his life. I also want to shout out Tammy who works in pharmacy at the troy office she is very kind and professional and makes sure the patients getting medication gets them. Honestly i don’t recommend just solely on the provider. I originally booked thinking I would see a female provider. Got to my appointment check in was smooth, the male provider was just seemingly in a rush, his bed side manners were very poor. My problem area was close to my privacy’s and I would have preferred maybe a female staff in the room with us. Then he didn’t want me to lay down on the chair/table to perform my treatment because he couldn’t figure out how to lay the chair down properly. So he asked me to stand while ... read more
