Horrible. Don’t waste your time. Only want insurance money. When I scheduled I let them know I had been diagnosed with a lipoma and had surgery so clearance til the end of the yr. They never said they don’t do same day in office while others do, or that I would have to go to a different location. Then when I arrive for appointment they leave you waiting for an hour with no communication just to take me in a room tell me what my doctor has already diagnosed and try to send me to a facility that I made clear I wouldn’t go to t... read more
Jincy Mathew was great! She is made sure I felt comfortable and had no pain. She called me after the fact to check to make sure I was healing properly. I would recommend Jincy the PA so anyone who has dermatology needs.
I definitely recommend Jincy Mathew! Her bedside manner is the greatest. I had no pain through my procedure. She answered all my questions and did a follow up call to make sure I was OK. Jincy is the best!
