The best tax services in the Greater Lafayette Area! I see Michelle W. who is phenomenal in her timeliness, organization, and communication! Five BIG stars for me!
My husband and I have gone to Carol several times. This year after 6 phone calls went un-returned by her about an update on my taxes, I finally had to threaten a police report to get my W-2s back from her! She had my paperwork for 10 weeks from mid January-April 20 with no communication. She’s very unprofessional and slower than molasses. Will not return to her.
We really love going to Michelle! She knows her stuff and always answers any questions we have!
