I hired mr. Black to represent me. As it turned out my case was settled without him. I gave him $1,200 as a retainer. He informed me that if he did not have to become involved in this case that he would refund a portion my money depending on how many hours he had involved in it. I left a minimum of four messages after my case was settled to inquire if I was going to be receiving a refund or a partial refund. I never received a phone call back. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I will never recommend mr. Black to anyone.
