very unprofessional, she never followed up with me on anything. she fails to answer or return calls. everything i expressed to her was quickly told to the other parent & stirred up. as a mediator, I didn’t think it was her job to make things harder. she's definitely in the wrong field & it makes sense as to why she is now not in an office & working from home. will not ever recommend her to anyone. don’t waste your money or time with her.

They do charge as much as an attorney but they do a good job getting to serve legal documents

I have no idea how this woman is even in business! We showed up on time and she never showed up for our meeting! We sat there for 49 minutes! She wouldn’t respond to text messages or calls. Do not waste your time.

Staci does not communicate well with clients. She does not reliably answer calls or emails and often leaves clients in the dark. I had to call and email multiple times to have any idea what was happening with our divorce proceedings. And there were multiple points in the process that she did not seem to follow through with what she said she would do or had done. I was very disappointed with the service she provided.

Never returns phone calls or answers her phone. Multiple messages with time sensitive questions followed up by emails and yet you get nothing, except the opportunity to spin your wheels and hope you don’t get hosed in the process. The paperwork was processed and the divorce was finalized. Never informed us that it was done. Horrible, practically non-existent communication.
