Easy as pie. We made reservations the day before, showed up 5 minutes late and our 7 year old was sitting down next to Santa about a minute later. Everyone there was very friendly, polite and professional and the setting was excellent. They have the whole interior decorated with trees, toys and that awesome train. Our Santa could have been a bit more plump but besides that we were completely happy. It's all free! This was a wonderful experience for our family. My boys 2 and 17. Maria and her staff and we can't forget about Santa were awesome my youngest is wild and all over my older boy was a awesome sport with his little brother the pictures are gorgeous. Pros: - A well rated Santa experience for your kiddos Cons: - No digital prints available - Cannot opt out of your children being used for advertising - Customer service less than understanding. I was pumped about getting a Santa magic experience for our kiddos. We scheduled with this in mind, knowing that an early December shoot would result in photos being ready after Xmas.
