Came in for balloons for a birthday party. The staff were super patient and professional, explaining our options between buying our own helium tank or having them inflate them. Chose some balloons from the buckets, for pickup the next day at a designated time slot. They phoned when ready early, and everything was exactly as discussed. Over a week later, they are still floating strong!
Affordable store with variety of things for gift and decoration and daily use
I love visiting this store because they have a lot of cute and cool items, always something new and unique to discover. However, I have to mention that my experience with customer service hasn’t always been the best. I've noticed an uncomfortable pattern of behavior that feels racially biased, which is really disheartening. Found toys for the kids here cheaper than a lot of other places. I always find everything I need here only problem is I come out with more than I came in for.
While I knew it wasnt a real labubu when purchasing, I figured it would atleast mimic it. Watching my daughter so excited to rip open the box on christmas morning just to see the smile fall from her face when she seen what was inside is heart breaking.
