Wonderful experience working with this company! I needed a visa to Brazil, my trip was the next month. We didn't have to travel to Wash. D.C. to get it, everything went very smooth, and we received it exactly when they said we would. I was very pleased.

What a wondeful experience with Briggs Passport. I planned a trip for my daughter and I for 12 days in Europe. At the last minute I did not have a recent passport, so yes Marc came to my rescue and I had a passport in 48 hours. Marc (Briggs passport) kept me updated on where and when it would be in my hand. What a great company to deal with !!! I realized my passport was expired two weeks prior to leaving for a golf trip to Ireland. I contacted Briggs in a panic and they walked me through everything i needed to do, once I got to the office in Charlotte they processed everything and even took a new picture as the one I brought they were worried was a little light. They assured me I would have my new passport on or before July 14th 2014 and it arrived on July 14 th at 9:30 am. Thanks for all your help . Ireland here I come!!!!
