They provided the correct forms, helped me with my photo id and notary stamps. The process was fast and straight forward. Grace did a great job!
The experience was quick and professional. If I had any questions (which I did) they were easy to contact (within business hours). When my husband needed additional information provided to the embassy, the representative was helpful and got the issue handled quickly with no issues. I only had an issue with one of the 2 representatives I talked to, but I know I could have called back, got a different person and the problem would have been solved. I recommend!!

***CUSTOMERS BEWARE*** I do not recommend using this type of services. I had to constantly follow-up with this company unit I was directed to work with a manager. The timing was very stressful and I had thought at the time, that it would be best to let a professional service take charge of something like this, being that my flight was so close.
