I spoke with a woman named Parveen who was very rude to me and didn't speak good English. I do not recommend.
***CUSTOMERS BEWARE*** I do not recommend using this type of services. I had to constantly follow-up with this company unit I was directed to work with a manager. The timing was very stressful and I had thought at the time, that it would be best to let a professional service take charge of something like this, being that my flight was so close.
