Poor communication and execution. Did not give anything close to premium service, which we purchased. Alina, our rep, was hard to reach and didn't view or reply to emails in a timely manner - to the point that I had to continue to reach out by phone to ask them to read and follow up on my emails. There is no weekend help line for or emergency assistance. Do not recommend.
Process was quick. Got a little nervous that I needed to submit a photo several times after saying it was approved, but it all worked out.
Overcharged me and when I cancelled they never refunded the money. Had to dispute it with my bank and show them evidence that I cancelled it.
Inefficient, Horrible Communication, Do Not Use This was the least efficient, convoluted and frustrating process I've been through in some time. I have acquired three visas prior to this on my own and I wish I would've done the same this time. The turnaround time, ability to make rational decisions independently of my input and communication was absolutely horrid.
