Body Mind Connection has some of the most expericaned Therapists in massage therapy. I have been to many spas and was happily surprised by all thier knowledge and expertise! They are warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. The spa does a through evulation and focused on my wants and needs for the massage session. I highly recommend this spa! I left feeling relaxed and renewed!
I LOVED this place! The staff is genuine and talented and so friendly. I am doing a 1,000 mile run from st. louis to nyc, and they were kind enough to donate a traditional massage which was heavenly, and a thai yoga massage, which was unlike anything i've ever experienced before! the running has felt so easy since then! i'm so glad i went there.
