Liz was amazing! She helped with my tight lower back/ leg tightness! Gave me some great exercises to help align my body! Will definitely be back! Thank you Liz!
Ms. Liz is amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough. I have sciatica issues. She focused solely on those specific muscles! It's usually uncomfortable and painful when I get massages. With Ms. Liz, I actually fell asleep I was so relaxed! I came in limping to get up the stairs to her office but when I left I was walking with no pain! She even gave me at home instructions! Love love love Ms. Liz. She is in the business for the healing of the people!!!

I have horrible tension knots in my neck and Liz is the only one that can get me back to normal. She is amazing and so enjoyable to be around and easy to talk to!
