My first time with a massage. My back (sacro-iliac) area was quite painful (not traumatic), not one place but all over. She found trigger points and applied pressure to relieve the pain ( this is termed a release, I think); was very effective. Many points had to be treated and I felt MUCH better and could walk with less pain after the treatment. I am very glad I had this business recommended to me by a friend and I have already set up my next appointment. Still a lot better the next day, by the way.
