Disappointed does not begin to describe my experience with this company. Not only did they ignore me for over 3 months in not wanting to meet up with me after scheduling and rescheduling for appointments; I felt as if I was just a placeholder for them to get paid thru my insurance especially after being reassigned to a different contact person. I have been involved with this program for six months, and it has truly transformed my life. After enduring over three years of homelessness, they helped me secure stable housing. Additionally, they provided invaluable support for my mental health by connecting me with a therapist and psychiatrist, which has greatly improved my well-being.
