My brief experience with A Better You organization has been an experience where the staff has been efficient, very knowledgeable and very resourceful. My DCW Erica is very knowledgeable and respectful when it comes to support. Shadeeka also provides support and guidance when needed. I highly recommend this organization because there’s not many out here that are accommodating as this one has been for me. A better you has been truly amazing they helped me with getting a therapist, and finding a place to live, they continually check on me and make sure I’m doing good often
Disappointed does not begin to describe my experience with this company. Not only did they ignore me for over 3 months in not wanting to meet up with me after scheduling and rescheduling for appointments; I felt as if I was just a placeholder for them to get paid thru my insurance especially after being reassigned to a different contact person. This place was God sent ! The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating to all my needs. I was very hesitant of speaking with a therapist at that time but she handled me with so much empathy and compassion I opened up and was able to use the tools she gave me in our sessions to navigate through the stressful situations I was dealing with!
