Disappointed does not begin to describe my experience with this company. Not only did they ignore me for over 3 months in not wanting to meet up with me after scheduling and rescheduling for appointments; I felt as if I was just a placeholder for them to get paid thru my insurance especially after being reassigned to a different contact person. This place was God sent ! The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating to all my needs. I was very hesitant of speaking with a therapist at that time but she handled me with so much empathy and compassion I opened up and was able to use the tools she gave me in our sessions to navigate through the stressful situations I was dealing with! I have been a member of A Better You Health & Wellness for over two years. The entire organization has helped me with dealing with my depression, grief and even anxiety. The staff never drops the ball and remain consistent with checking in on me. The manager Keisha goes above and beyond to make sure I am doing well and the owner Aisha personally shows up and offers positive energy and enthusiasm constantly! I struggled most of my life with mental health issues. When my brother died I went into a very low place. Then I was introduced to A Better You and Ms. Aisha explained to me how helpful it would be to have someone to talk to and help me find resources in my community that kept me motivated.
