I made a new patient appointment on 2/3/2015. My appointment was scheduled for 2/25, I anxiously awaited my appointment excited to start my weight loss journey. Called on 2/23 to verify my appointment date and time only to hear by a very unprofessional voice on the other end of the phone that she saw no scheduled appointment for me and that I would have to wait until 3/18 for the next available appointment. I've been going to this place for awhile, and I've lost a good amount of weight from the phentermine. The price is fair, and I'm glad to be able to go there. The only criticisms I have are regarding the staff. There's a consistent lack of professionalism and they are often bordering on rude both in person and on the phone. I visited this so called clinic I don't even believe that the Dr. is a real Doctor he looks fake. I think the pills are fake as well, is stronger and worse then taking heroin. I had terrible headache. You shake for about 3 days and after that constant anger, depression, irritation. I got so angry one day that I wanted to kill myself. May Not Be Good For Your Health.... – Tho it says Dr. w/ physical, I never received one except to answer questions in his office. Computer questionaire was completed each visit by me in the waiting area. Blood pressure is taken each wk by dietician tho not sure she really was because she often just got to talking about her life and mine till the next person could head into the Dr.s room.
