A Better U Hypnosis is like a breath of fresh air! Katrina did a great job of getting to know what my individual needs where before suggesting anything. I felt very comfortable and after the discovery session was over I had some tools I could use to help me disconnect from the stressful workday right away. I would recommend anyone struggling with the cares of this life to go see her. You will not regret it!
