We needed someone to serve some paperwork and we called A1 first. We tried others but ended up going with A1 after talking with Mandy. She was very professional and explained everything clearly. Mandy assisted to quickly and efficiently complete the assignment. When Mandy found out my uncle was disabled, Mandy went above and beyond to make sure everything was filed in a timely manner. My uncle is very grateful. Thank you for assisting us with this task. We really do appreciate you.

I hired her and she agreed to pick up and send me a copy of my restraining order. She said it was granted but didn’t tell me the hearing date. I called and she promised to send and said she forgot. This happened three times. I said I was driving through, picked it up and found the hearing date was the next day!! She kept telling me it was in my email, but the doc needed a passcode, which she would not give as she didn’t respond! Very unprofessional!
