This place is closed, they are selling their demo units and trying to collect whatever cash they can until they get evicted from that office space. That's why their website no longer exists. Stay away or you will regret it!
This a zero if I had a choice. They want you to believe they’re very helpful, but they’re really not they use up all your insurance benefits and then expect you to pay. Which I guess is partially my fault cause I didn’t know that I only had six visits for the life of the hearing aids that I received! I have had mine two years I cannot get adjusted without paying $65. I guess I should’ve known my own benefits and not rely on them to tell me what they were. Multiple phone messages left between 2/17 and 2/27 at Buena Vista, Salida, Woodland Park, and Monument, CO offices. None answered and none returned....and I'm a patient!!!!!
Excellent experience. Jim, owner, and audiologist gave me a thorough exam. Fitted me with some new devices and made sure that my goal to have the best hearing I can get was met. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Shared with me a lot of things I did not know that helped me get the best results. Would highly recommend.
Kassie was so knowledgeable and honest! She was thorough and gave us insight as how to go about my hearing problems. Highly recommend!
