TLDR at the bottom! If you want to resolve a tenant issue in a timely and effective manner DO NOT use Balsamo, Rosenblatt & Hall, PC. They were unable to provide basic updates at court appearances. I became my own advocate and attended court appearances after being tired of the lack of progress and no information. I was finally able to reach a settlement with the tenant’s attorney because I insisted on a resolution after being misguided by this firm.
