Keith was very kind. Upon calling, he asked me basic questions about my tax situation and quickly offered time for me to drop off my taxes. I thought my taxes were more straight forward, but even when they proved not to be, he was very fair with pricing. He was able to calculate a generous refund for us. I will be returning next year!
