Went to James with knee pain 4 weeks out from my half marathon! So much pain post running could barely walk he helped me so much gave me the BEST tips and tricks/exercises and massage/stretch pain was pretty much gone within a week! So lovely and down for a chat too! Recommend to a friend of mine and she had nothing but great things to say too! Highly recommend!
