If I could give a (-)5 I would! This is absolutely the WORST business transaction I have ever experienced. First off, I found this company through HyreCar or Getaround (similar to Turo). I reached out to the owner, Emanuel, and he responded immediately to let me know he had the car in question available. Once I made my payment, I stopped getting correspondence from Emanuel.
