No show for an appointment. Terrible customer service. Do not hire these irresponsible people.
Professional prompt ready to assist I've done multiple projects with them and will continue to use them in the future I'm glad they are on my team for my rehabs. Do not look elsewhere. They take the time to explain everything to you . Best decision I made hiring them. I should have done this review sooner!
They did an excellent job removing the asbestos tape from my basement ducts. The crew was professional, thorough, and left the area clean and safe. I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend their services.
Dangerous lack of communication: Two stars because the teams who did the work were responsible, respectful and we passed the health department inspection for lead removal on old paint windows after one re-test. However, communication was incredibly lacking about vital details like how long our family with two small children would need to be entirely out of the house for the project (not just the rooms in question), despite an in person meeting, signed documentation without those instructions and confirmations of project star... read more
