Extreme incompetence here. Multiple legal mistakes including putting the wrong Court name and address on all the documents. The process server did not listen to instruction and it took an extremely long time. It's now 3 weeks later and I still don't have proof of service. They were sure happy to take my money though.
Lisa Cooper showed up at my door trying to serve an individual. That individual was not home at that time so she left documents on the door step and lied on legal court papers saying she directly served the individual. The individuals physical description on the court papers was also way off. All bad.
I have used this service in San jose. bad service, wasting money
