HORRIBLE!!!!! communication is awful, does not return texts, My 2024 2-4 quarterly unemployment taxes were never filed, i paid for several months, the only thing she did was file and pay my sales tax. I got charged an additional fee for her doing my W-2s, which was never explained at the initial consultation. Not only did I have to pay extra, but I did not get my W-2s until four days after the deadline. Which caused problems for my employees. So many issues and so many red flags.
