I’m sorry this gentleman is very unprofessional because of his poor communication. He’s been “helping” my husband and I for almost 7 months correct a tax issue and it’s still not resolved because of his procrastination. I have numerous email threads where he ignores my emails until it’s convenient for him. I haven’t even meet him in person we always communicate through emails, phone, and slightly text message, and I’m not sure if that’s the issue between us.
