Nick was the kindest, most knowledgeable, and sincere service person I have met in a while. He gave me an estimate, came to my house to pick up my vacuum. Texted me with the cost for cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and parts and a drop off day and estimated time. The day he dropped off my vacuum he came in, showed me what was replaced, and even plugged it in and ran it so I could see and hear the difference 💕 Nick is above and beyond.
