They should stop hiring uneducated, non-polite old ladies at this location. Also what I noticed several times is they are kinda racist. I've seen that they were being nice to white people but were being rude to african-americans , mexicans and asians.
I was racially discriminated against here by a lady named Roxanne. I half mexican and my name is hyphenated which was way too confusing for her. Maybe they should stop hiring racist high school drop outs. I went across the street to Chase and they helped me. Also I filed a complaint with the State of Illinois Human Rights Commision. Don't fo business here.
