I informed them on three separate occasions that I did not want my twists to be long, but the stylist proceeded to give me long twists and charged me accordingly. When I asked if she could cut them, she said it would cause the twists to unravel, which would not have been an issue if she had followed my instructions from the beginning. First off, i will say they do good work. Not all if them are rude, so i have been a couple times. I have breakage around my edges from previous braids done there. I tried slicking my edges before so they wouldnt be braided. The girl who did my hair was very rude, acted as if she was doing it for free. She started speaking to the owner in french, after she saw the picture of the style i wanted, then said very loudly in a crowed shop, YOU DNT HAVE NO EDGES!!! It was a pleasant experience and I was very impressed with my hair. My hair was done by stylist Fatou. She was very very gentle because I told her I had a tender scalp. She was very attentive and provided great customer service . Overall nice atmosphere . It is not a spa for people who adore silence. But the ladies were warm , kind and friendly .
