We have an annual contract with A Advantage for three years in a row. The last year was a disaster. The technician is constantly late for at least an hour to all of our scheduled appointments. When calling their so-called customer service to inquire about the situation, they 1) Told me that my appointment (9:00 AM) was never valid because they never provide a 9:00 AM but a 9:30 AM appointment. Even if the appointment was 9:30 AM, they were still late by 30 minutes. 2) The entire conversation was not sincere nor apologetic, they simply said, "Yeap, we are late for an hour." In the middle of the night...
It had been a really hot week, temperatures in the high 80's. Our air conditioner kicked out on us sometime during the night. Woke up to a puddle of water. Took a chance and called A Advantage to see how long it would take someone to come out and take a look at our A/C. They sent someone out within two hours and had it fixed very quickly! Did a great job and didn't cost an arm and a leg.
