This place is a complete mess. My tax forms contained social security numbers and names of individuals I do not know. In spite of having all necessary banking information for direct deposit, they requested a physical check be mailed. Check is of course now lost in the mail and I’m left on my own to resolve the dumpster fire they created. To make matters worse, zero apology. Take my advice, RUN (don’t walk) away from this place.
Very professional staff, always nice they make sure to explain everything. Tatiana helped with my taxes and she was awesome, very nice and professional work. I recommend action income tax to all my friends and family
The receptionist Sophia was extremely rude over the phone. Please learn how to respond to customers in a more respectful and helpful manner instead of a smart mouth, its embarrassing.
