rip off/criminals These 5 star reviews had to be written by owners... This place is a total rip off. i dont see bow these low life criminals sleep at night. They should be buried under arpio. they are stealing from tax paying citizens. these people dont even require proper identification. they are keeping people money because they seem to think they can...i have contacted a lawyer, BBB, and attorney generals office. If you like to get ripped off... try this place – Phoenix Car Rental/ A A Able Rentals/ Saban's Rental and what ever other names they go by.... SCAM Artists! DON't RENT from these people!!!!!! PLEASE! They will KEEP your deposits and charge you three times the quoted price! We rented a car and were handed the keys to a 1990's model piece of JUNK car that was NOT safe to drive. I was charged 200% over my quoted price, ($400 vs $190). Please take caution before renting. This place has many hidden fee's and the quoted price is guaranteed not to be the final price. I was charged $40 more per day than quote, they added a "cleaning fee" and they added tax (which was supposedly included in my quoted price). I HIGHLY recommend you review the final cost and inquire about hidden fee's. I was told that I had to make a large deposit, so that's what I assumed the $400 of cost was. If you like getting 15 year old cars for $100 per day A-Aabl – After being offered $99 per week I ended up with 15 year old car and after I returned it Saban's charged me over $400 for 5 days. Saban's also goes by D S Rentco and A-Aable Phoenix Car Rental all operating out of the same address. Issue a complaint and prepare to get cussed at too by big Pete.

Phoned these clowns from the airport and was told the rate was $129.00 per week plus 12% tax, period. The first car they gave me, I drove appox 250 yards and did a U-turn back onto their lot. The lifters were so loud that you couldn't hear yourself talk in the car and the front end was completely gone. Then they gave me another car which had over 70,000 miles on the odometer but I think it had probably been around once already.
