Get a new bus company asap!!! They neglect the children. My son got kicked in the head on the bus, and then punched on the head and when he retaliated they wanna throw MY son off the bus at a highschool where he knows nobody. I’ve called the bus company 6 times in the past 2 days and they have no communication. They never called to tell me, my son had to tell me when he got home. If I could give this place -100 stars I would. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Doesn’t wait to drop off your kid even for a second and if not outside Driver makes up own mind to let my child off buss or not I have had the district be told and her many times she can be dropped and it was fine till we have been temp staying somewhere else. If I’m 1 mins late she can sit on the pouch but driver decided she will do what she wants and knows I arrive at 3:24 and doesn’t wait. Doesn’t call that she left with my child or Tell the school so for 20 mins I have no idea where she is I had to call the Van company a... read more
