Bus driver had the audacity to tell my kids they aren't siblings because my son is white with blonde hair and my daughter is dark with black hair. Called to make a complaint and they act as if it's ok. My kids are in elementary school. Also at the beginning of the week my daughter had slipped and fell hurting her knee bad enough she ripped her pants. She asked the bus driver for help and instead of helping he's yelling at her.
