I had used Darlene two years prior with no issue. This year, she’s not been returning my calls, texts or emails. I had an appointment in March, and after having a baby in February, could not drive the hour and ten minutes to make my appointment. Going on three decades of service. Gravel parking and steps.
Be very careful here. She will make you feel sorry for her but never make things right and it’s never her fault. No ethical business owner dodges phone and text messages. She claims to be a registered agent but with actions like hers it’s inconceivable. Run to someone/anyone other than Darla or Darlene. She’s not right.

Contacted Darlene with A and A tax and bookkeeping after finding out during my divorce that my now ex wife had not filed my taxes for 5 years. I had received a notice from the IRS. I met with Darlene and explained in detail the situation in February.
