Terrible customer service. It's not what you say but how you say. Your clerk with Elisa is very rude. She ignored the Maryland lottery notice pronted on lottery print out. They have a sign posted that reads bonus for cashing in a ticket. When I inquired about my bonus I was told it was only for certain games. But that's not what their sign reads. The older girl suppose to be older woman who is always working every shift.The one with the glasses!She has really bad customer services.Why does she cut customers off while talking ,and she is just rude .Rude and in a rush!
