So fast, I missed their call that my mower was ready! Friendly at the counter, professional in hearing about the problem, and honestly faster than I had hoped for. I hope I don't need future repairs, but if I do, I know where I'm going!
Dropped on my Ryobi walk-behind mower on the Saturday of a long weekend, expecting a delay in repairs. They called me about 11AM on Wednesday to pick up my repaired (under warranty) mower. They even sharpened the blade for me! Excellent service!
Took our Ridgid drills in for warranty, took about 3 weeks (waiting on Ridgid) and we ended up getting all new batteries, charger and drills. A&A were great to deal with, and if you need DeWalt tools, they're definitely the place to go!
